Hydrogen, a key player in the energy transition.

As the world embarks on an energy transition to clean and sustainable options, the demand for low-carbon hydrogen is set to drastically rise, particularly in aviation and marine vehicles. Despite this, producing low-carbon Hydrogen is very costly at the moment, especially when compared to solar and wind, which are experiencing a decline in general costs. Despite this, the IEA predicts that the cost of producing hydrogen could fall by as much as 30% by 2030 and production of fuel cells, refuelling equipment is scaled up resulting in substantial economie of scale.
