Louis runs the investment management team at LNG Capital, leading idea generation across credit markets. As CIO, Louis oversees investment and directs the organization’s investment management decisions. He has over 30 years investment experience with expertise in government bonds, investment-grade, high-yield, distressed, and special situations.

Sofia Belcadi serves as the Senior Technology Adviser at UCEA, bringing extensive experience in technology strategy and implementation. In her role, she provides expert guidance on emerging technologies, oversees the development of innovative solutions, and ensures that UCEA remains at the forefront of technological advancements. Her leadership supports the organisation’s mission to deliver cutting-edge services and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.​

Douglas Haig serves as the Senior Real Estate Adviser at UCEA, bringing extensive experience in real estate strategy and operations. In his role, he provides expert guidance on property acquisitions, market analysis, and portfolio management, ensuring that UCEA’s real estate ventures are both strategic and profitable. His expertise supports the organization’s mission to optimize its real estate assets and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.​

Susanne Chishti serves as the Senior Fintech Adviser at UCEA, bringing over 25 years of industry expertise, including senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley, and Accenture. As CEO of FINTECH Circle, she leads Europe’s first angel network focused on fintech innovation. Susanne is also a bestselling author, having co-edited “The FINTECH Book” series, which has been translated into 10 languages and sold across 107 countries. Her extensive experience and thought leadership in financial technology provide invaluable insights, guiding UCEA’s strategic initiatives in the fintech sector.

Antoine Bourrier serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Life Sciences sector, providing strategic support to UCEA with a focus on due diligence, expertise advising, deal structuring, and lifecycle support. His extensive background in medical devices research, startup development, and digital innovation equips him with the skills to identify and nurture high-potential investments that drive both financial returns and significant health impact.

David Toubian serves as a Real Estate Adviser at UCEA, bringing extensive experience in leisure and investment property. Based in Marylebone, London, he has brokered over £750 million in real estate transactions, demonstrating his significant expertise in the field. David also operates Toubian Consulting, specializing in global property deals, aiming to make London “the greatest city on earth.” ​

Before launching Coleford Capital, Phil was Head of Investment at a European real estate Asset Manager where he worked with Bianca and was responsible for the firm’s investment strategies and had oversight of all investment activities.

Prior to this Phil worked for Savills Investment Management as part of the Fund Team managing a £370m Core-Plus fund.

Phil has worked across all major sectors in property and has experience of institutional fund management, as well as private wealth portfolio amalgamation.

Charline Jan serves as the Agri/Food Tech Advisor at UCEA, focusing on investments in transformative ventures within the agri-food technology and health sectors. She is the founder of RJ Ventures, where she directs investments towards innovations with scalability and significant potential. Her strategic guidance aids UCEA in identifying and nurturing opportunities that drive advancement and sustainability in the agri-food tech industry.

Steve is highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in supporting businesses enabling them to maximise their potential. He has a broad range of experience covering retail, business, commercial and corporate banking across multiple facets of financial services. 

Before launching Coleford Capital, Bianca was a Senior Investment Manager at a European real estate Asset Manager where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing UK and European investment opportunities. Prior to this Bianca worked for Knight Frank.

Bianca has worked across all major sectors in property on both the consulting and client sides, with a particular focus on transaction and asset management.

Rahul holds a BA in Politics & Economics from Loughborough University. He started his career at Barclays Wealth Management in London and Switzerland where he constructed investment portfolios for high net worth clients. He is currently holding the position of Director at Parker Lloyd Group where he is involved in investments in hotels, restaurants, energy, technology, football and private jets.

Rahul has been involved in setting up football academies in India, advising clients on acquiring football clubs and wealth management for players and coaches. Rahul has developed contacts at clubs across Europe, Middle East, India, and South America. Rahul has been involved in arranging sponsorships for teams and drivers in Formula 1 and Formula E. Rahul also sits on the boards of Ingenta Capital Limited and Jet Connect DMCC. He also holds IMC qualifications and is accredited by the Swiss regulatory authority FINMA and the FCA.

Arabella is an experienced Operations specialised with demonstrated success in executing strategic and operational business programmes focusing on operational excellence both for internal departments as well as in a client-facing capacity. She brings a wealth of experience varying from diverse roles, organisations and sectors, with strong stakeholder management, a focus on organisational engagement, operational excellence and client deliverables. 

Edward has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, strategy and analysis, including 9 years at EY before launching his own company. His career spans several markets, including Brazil. 

Valeria Megas is a trained Economist from the London School of Economic and Political Science. She has 5 years of real estate investment through a Swiss Holding Group in Europe and America.

She is currently heading the Zurich Office, establishing the Investor network for UCEA Capital Group and building the investments in life science, tech, real estate and energy projects.

I am a Regional Manager for the UCEA Family Office Group in London and engaged in investment in renewable energy, life sciences and cutting-edge tech.

Devanshi is an Investment Manager at UCEA Family office in London focusing on renewable energy, healthcare and tech investments. Having completed her Masters in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London, she has previous experience working at VC investing in cleantech and climate tech space in Europe and India.
