The published material contains claims that are untrue and misleading. It does not reflect the reality of how UCEA conducts its family-office activities, nor does it provide a fair or accurate representation of our merchant-banking model.
This was not a cyberattack or systems breach. UCEA’s cybersecurity systems remain intact, and there is no evidence that the confidential information of any other client, investor or stakeholder has been accessed or compromised.
The disclosure forms part of an alleged blackmail and coercion matter that UCEA has formally reported to the Metropolitan Police.
